Loupe is a digital wallet designed for MSME’s to have access to a wide array of services at the click of a button. You can get instant access to credit and business advisory.

Loupe is not a bank rather a business support service provider. We empower individuals with simple business support solutions that cater for business growth and stability.

We request your BVN and selfie as a security measure. This is used to verify that the details of the individual using the Loupe service is the same as the provider of such details, also that the individual using the Loupe service is the same as the owner of the provided bank account. This is to ensure that your details cannot be used without your authorization. In the event that a third party has access to your account details.

Please note:  Your BVN does not provide access to your account. If in doubt, we encourage you to confirm from your bank before you proceed.

Loupe business support solution was carefully designed to create a business partnership collaboration between us, cooperative societies and MSMEs in order to address major problems they face in their daily business activities. These problem includes: Business Advisory, Liquidity Management, and Business Insurance.

Loupe is currently available only on Android smartphones.

Your user ID is the unique number Loupe uses to identify you. Think of it as your account number with us. It is displayed in your app at the top right of your home page.

Simply login to your Loupe account to view your wallet balance and other related details

There are two major reasons why the system will reject your application:

  1. If you currently have a bad/outstanding loan with any financial institution.
  2. If the required details/document provided by your is not convincing or sufficient.

Loupe makes your credit line repayment very easy. You can either set a bank card to cater for auto repayment or on your due date(s), your interest repayment will pop up on your credit line dash board, all you need to do is just click on pay, and you can also make your principal repayment up front by indicating how much you intend to pay upfront. In all, you must ensure that your wallet is well funded to complete your repayment transactions.

If you want to make your principal repayment prior to your due date please use the “Liquidate” button on the Loan page on the app.

Yes, early payment of principal will stop or reduce interest to be paid. Early repayment of principal are accepted, your will automatically be elevated to the next level if early payment of principal is made.

We want to keep you as a customer, so please make every attempt to pay us back on time. If you find yourself in a situation that makes it difficult to make your scheduled repayment. Please contact us immediately. We do our best to help our customers avoid these situations and the resulting consequences which can include:

  • Suspension of your access to our services
  • Reporting your account delinquently to multiple credit bureaus
  • Involving external collection agencies
  • Engaging your guarantors for payback
  • Possible legal actions
